How to register?

To register online, click onto the event you are interested in attending. Each event contains a ‘Register your Place’ link, click on ‘Register your Place’ and complete the step-by-step registration process.

Please remember to lookout for an email confirmation of your delegate booking and contact us if you experience any problems.



How to pay?

Please pay the delegate fee in the following ways:

If you register online, you can pay via credit or debit card using our online Secure Trading system.

You can also call 020 3763 9604 and pay using a credit or debit card.

Please note VAT is not included in the price of a delegate place, so please don’t forget to add VAT.



Further Information

Please inform us as soon as possible for all dietary and access requirements.

All cancellations must be made no less than 30 days before the date of the event. There is a £100 cancellation administration charge per delegate.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the full delegate fee.

Please avoid all cancellation charges by sending a substitute delegate.

Please note that booking online/completing a registration booking form constitutes a legally binding contract with us.
