Cancellations & Other Information

Please inform us as soon as possible for all dietary and access requirements.

All cancellations must be made no less than 30 days before the date of the event. There is a £100 cancellation administration charge per delegate.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the full delegate fee.

Please avoid all cancellation charges by sending a substitute delegate.

Refund Policy

In the event of a symposium being cancelled, the full booking fee will be refunded but Cephas Public Policy Communications Ltd disclaims any further liability. Cephas Public Policy Communications reserves the right to change the timing, content, speakers or venue of any event.
